Notes:

  • (1) The membership fee for 2026 is not due for the SIS members with a regular membership fee up to 2025, who pay the regular Conference fee.
  • (2) Non-SIS members can join SIS by filling out the appropriate form.

The registration fee covers:

  • Welcome Cocktail at Terrazza Rettorato, Sapienza University of Rome (7:30 PM – June 22).
  • Concert by Coro Polifonico MuSa at Aula Magna Rettorato, Sapienza University of Rome (7:30 PM – June 23).
  • Six coffee breaks and three light lunches.
  • Conference materials.
  • Childcare Service – from June 23 to June 25 for children up to 12 years – is provided upon registration via the online form by April 30.

    Additional information:

  • A 40% reduction will be applied to the registration fee corresponding to the participant’s category type for those who are employees of institutions supporting SIS. Please contact the SIS office directly.
  • Cancellations received after May 25, 2026, will not be refunded.
Registration and Payment for the Social Dinner
    The Social Dinner, scheduled for June 24 (8:00 PM), at Serra di Palazzo Esposizioni, is not included in the registration fee. Participation is optional at the cost of €90. To register and pay for it, please use the online registration portal.
    Important information:
  • Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Your reservation will be confirmed only once payment for the Social Dinner has been successfully processed.
  • Participation must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event. Refunds will not be possible after this deadline.
