Rules for Sessions
- Speakers in the CONT, SOL, SPEC, FEN, and Plenary Sessions who wish to upload their presentation slides in advance may do so using the following link: https://forms.gle/L11kebdP2rjfxTzo7. This optional service allows presentations to be preloaded onto the room computer, helping sessions start on time and proceed smoothly. The upload system will remain open until Friday, June 17th. In this case, please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
